Graduated in Law at the Pontifical Catholic University Mother and Teacher (PUCMM) in 2011 with honor Magna Cum Laude. In 2013 completed the Official Master’s Degree in Business Law at Antonio Nebrija University, Madrid, and then in 2014 he completed the Official Master’s Degree in Public Law, specializing in Administrative Law, at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM).
He has taken several complementary courses and degrees in different areas of legal knowledge, including «Criminal Law and Crime Theory» (2010) sponsored by the Human Rights and Democracy Foundation, «Administrative Law and Public Management» (2011), And the Diploma specialized in the «Law of Development of the Real Estate and Mortgage Market» by the Institutionality and Justice Foundation (FINJUS).
He was director of the first issue of the Journal of International and Comparative Law (REDIC), official magazine of the Latin American Council of Scholars of International and Comparative Law, chapter Dominican Republic (COLADIC-RD).

Since 2015 he has worked for the firm, working as a lawyer in all branches of law, with special interest in Administrative Law and Economic Regulation Law.
During the months of February to May 2013 he served as an assistant lawyer at the Consulate General of the Dominican Republic in Madrid, where he followed up on cases of administrative expulsion and consultations with Dominicans residing in Spain.
Currently writes periodically in the digital newspaper Acento.com.do
